My appeal to all policy makers of politician of United States of America to take a look on this article and consider the following suggestions for the sake of future of America. I below this article on behalf of innocent hard working Americans who have no role in the present crisis and discuss try to find out some solutions through common man’s perspective from India. I strongly believe that innovation and idea can change everybody’s life. ‘Yes, we can change”.

There are many areas which need to be addressed on war footing basis.

Energy security and developing renewable source of energy is the prime importance. In the days of climate changes, the clean and green energy concept needs to be developed.

What is the present crisis America facing?

Devaluation of dollars, war crisis in Iraq & Afghan, damages of 9/11, economic crisis Corporate manipulation and various banking scams (most of them unnoticed and unreported). Due to higher tax regime, investors shifted their base to other countries or not willing to invest to no-growth zone like US, not many more deals of Arms and ammunition, emergence of parallel system challenging Corporate America by Drug and other parallel mafias around the world like Al Qaeda, Taliban, and other organised terror groups and organised criminals, etc. are some of the main problem.

The other major problem is due to stricter Visa regime. US companies cannot compete with other companies from around world especially China, India and other developing economies due to high labour cost, which is a reality today. Due to growing terrorism and terror activities by some people, the civil liberties of the citizen badly affected.

Health care system and education system become unaffordable to common American citizen. This area needs wide range of reforms. What is the solution then?

Billions of dollars bail out packages announced largely going to reach the benefits of bigger non-performing companies and dishonest individuals. Instead of announcing bailout packages if the govt. drastically reduce tax and announce major tax cut say 50% tax cut for both companies and individuals, we could have witnessed bright performance in economy. Investor friendly atmospheres have created. Individuals and investors are scared away due to high tax regime. Need to bring down 50%. It ensures high spending, more business & investment and double the tax collection.

Other topmost priority is Energy sector. The major weakness of USA today is dependency of Oil rich nations which is one of the prime factor in molding foreign policy as well as crisis of economy around the world. The major solution is sophistication and modernization of Rail network and induction of new train services wherever possible especially in crowded mega cities. Investment in renewable energy and conversion of rapid mass transit system through rail network and discouraging the citizen owning motor vehicles to safe fuel and dependency of oil.

More R&D on solar, hydro, hydrogen and other renewable energy and finding out alternative and inexpensive energy source should be the most top priority. US become energy surplus nation within 10 years. More mass transport system like bus, train need to be introduced. Creating more and more roads leads to dependency of more bitumen and other crude by products leading to more dependency to oil rich nations.

If possible, US and some selected European countries come together to find out permanent solution in solving energy crisis from renewable sources for fighting against climate change, pollution and other related issues. The bail out packages announcing by the US administration should divert the funds to these area instead of more and more announcement.

More employment should be generated in this sector. Big corporates like Microsoft, Intel, IBM and other corporate companies need to invest heavily on renewable energy sources especially running present day computer with solar energy and other energy saving devices. This has a great future and wide market around the world. In the computer world, product innovation still possible.

Foreign policy (war against terror): The major challenge is to contain terror groups like Al Qaeda, Taliban under control. For this need to control the flow of drugs from Pakistan & Afghanistan. On the other hand, US should give licence to some companies to produce opium and other substances to fulfill the need of US citizen instead of stringent control and ban.

It is necessary to prevent flow of money to terror groups. Flow of charity, trust and other funds flowing to other countries and its use need thorough probe in all democracies around the world. The main reason is to dry up all financial sources should dry up. It is the time for American Corporates and other big Corporates around the world show their Corporate Social Responsibility. Never ending corporate greed landed the present economic crisis. Worsening the crisis further create irreparable damage of American citizen and crime and chaos in the society going to increase. Immediate measures should taken up.

Another major reform is Judicial. As per rough estimate, when America making tall claim, roughly 14 lakhs people languishing in jail. Even petty crime like small traffic violation and other things landed large number of people in jail. Majority of people should be released on bail by setting up a special commission and petty criminals should be released with small punishment or small fine, community services etc.

At the same time, many corporate manipulators, hardcore criminals and organized gangs are freely engaged in their activities. Except hardcore criminals and big crimes, rest of them released by setting up a commission comprising civil liberties and human right peoples.

It should also ensure that these contraband drugs available locally at a very competitive rate and should legalise production, distribution and use to its citizen with a strict private laws and supervisory environment. Other thing is to keep internationally low prices on crude oil and other energy creating products to avoid dictating terms of OPEC nations and reducing the growing power of oil producing nation at international arena.

Some of these countries are responsible for creating great rift and instability among the nations due to their higher energy needs and collapse of their economy. Unchecked rise and funding of terror organisation and organized criminals and terror activities around the world can be curtailed keep low on all energy prices.

In future perspective rise of Middle East and monopoly of oil economy shift the balance of power and strengthening terror groups & network across the world. Oil money and oil mafia create more chaos across the world including USA and other developed economies. Organised crime syndicate will flourish and in future terror group taking over control of the region. Foreign policy expert need to refocus their strategies in the region.

Create affordable and quality education in topmost priority to all Americans. Get engage and train black Americans in various small, technical lines to ensure easy availability of various technical people at affordable rate. On the other hand, crime rate will come down and the discrimination and racism among black and white can be reduced.

On Health Care front, ordinary Americans are finding it difficult to access affordable health care services due to corporate of health care system. Health care system almost collapsed and very expensive. That issue need to be addressed on priority basis.

Other major challenge is good corporate governance. Unearth major financial scam by strengthening Financial Intelligence Unit by recruiting more competent people, and spreading its wing across the world especially tax heavens. Full control over parallel economy through other agencies like UN, WTO, IMF, WB etc. and defraud and confiscate corrupt and illegal wealth by creating a special financial intelligence wing and make signatory of all member countries of the UN. Ultimately, US can play a vital role and become a large beneficiary. Virtual companies especially on IT, Pharma, Oil, arms manufacturers suppliers, art, and media need close scrutiny because huge amount of black money involved in this game.

The confidence of American middle class become all time law. Some misfired strategies of US Corporates and administration and too greedy individuals and investors created more problem. This process started from Senior Bush’s regime. A paradigm shift in domestic and foreign policy is much needed and regain confidence of ordinary Americans. The brand ‘America’ have badly affected. In the minds of people across the world the image of USA is in villain’s role.

Freedom, civil liberties, freedom of expression, economic independence of its citizen affected. Many a times, witnessed lack of strategy, lack of confidence, better crisis management, short lighted approach, more media centric than action on ground and effective strategy and approach are some of the major problem on military, administrative and foreign policy front. There are resentment and wide anger against administration & corporate sector from inside and outside USA, especially on Iraq strategy, economic front etc.

US and Nato allies jointly take a decision in tracing terror money from tax heavens and breaking Swiss Bank Code and pressurizing all democracies to expose the corrupt money from tax heavens and freeze the account or confiscate the money.

The security risk of American and other white citizen across the globe is a matter of concern. Induction and Upgradation of latest technology like drone, lazar and other satellite technologies to minimize the operation of foot soldiers and reducing the causality in Pak, Afghan, Iraq is urgently needed. Many military technologies yet to induct in American military and Obama should pass necessary legislation without delay. Operational accuracy and reduce collateral damage while using this technology and flying coffin from Iraq and Pak & Afghan border can be eliminated.

The American model of development and American companies largely focused in creating monopoly through high handedness and huge wealth than face to face competition with other companies, product and services with other countries, which need a thorough debate. The hollows created in the American model of development and creation and unequal distribution of wealth through monopolistic and manipulated sources by some individuals have greater after effect. Today America gain is other’s sorrow. Self reliance in many areas need to be achieved despite tall claim in the media.

As a part of restructuring programme and continue innovation of democracy and exchange ideas, US administration encourage the people to contribute and participate in giving various innovative ideas in foreign policy, economic, science and technology, military, corporate, political and all other areas across the globe. In the changed circumstances and world scenario, such strategy needed to absorb from the ideas of citizen. Creation of such platform for both open and anonymous is needed. (I have many such ideas, but some reason and open platform, I don’t want to expose now due to security and other reasons).

If any company goes bankrupt, All arms of the govt. like Tax authorities, Auditors, Police, Financial Intelligence wing etc. and other arms of the govt. thoroughly investigated and a clean chit is needed where they are genuinely going bankrupt or created bankrupt due to mismanagement by CEOs, bankers and other involvement. This will avoid sudden crisis and job losses as it is happening in the USA today.

The birth of America is from freedom and civil liberties. When democracy growing, civil liberties also affecting and role of state is increasing day by day like the Leftist ruled states. When capitalism around the world is in crisis, it does not mean that socialism, Marxism can give better alternative. They create more and problem and create poorer, non-state actors, criminals and thugs and undeserving people coming to power.

Hence Marxism, Leninism, Communism and socialism have no answer to solve the present crisis. Instead America should adopt inclusive liberal capitalism, where state role is limited and more people from bottom of the pyramid is empowered. The crisis of capitalism can be solved by capitalism only with their modified and liberal approach and not the so called the Leftist.

Why the crisis of democracy today? One of the reasons is the creation of hundreds of tax heavens especially Swiss Banking Code to get the details difficult to know the individual’s wealth. USA should pressure and give ultimatum to such countries who have created tax heavens and get the details of the Net Worth Individuals (NWI). Terror funds, corrupted money and other bigger funds made available for public good and on foreign policy front, by handling these tiny individuals can make a bigger difference to get what USA want from that country.

The latest headache is Pakistan & Afghanistan not just because of Al Qaeda. Like American supremacy, Pakistan holding parallel power and created terror groups. Pakistan opened many terror shops and it is a great challenge to the world democracies. Drugs, counterfeit currencies of any nation, extortion and terror is the major source of revenue. The help and friendship to Pakistan making the situation more difficult for every single Americans and western world. The parallel power can operate and achieve their mission from any country because of their wide network. Unless and until the US failed to contain Pakistan & Afghanistan’s terror operatives and parallel power it is threat to all countries. It is an epicenter of Islamic terrorism.

US ‘war and terrorism’ business need a relook. It is harming more US interest and the whole citizen than benefiting a few corporate Arms manufacturers and suppliers. In almost all the countries, various funding agencies, charitable trust and other trusts heavily invested/ black money routed through this route legal channel and trust funds become a easy way for concealing corrupt money including terror, arms and other sources fund.

In the name of charity, NGO and other ways a safe heaven have created within the system. Hence all trust funds should be imposed fresh taxes and hiked the existing rate and the particular sources should be revealed. In all democracies, corrupt, illegal and terror moneys routed through this route and large investment and deposit in safe tax heavens like Swiss Banks and other banking created economic chaos especially America and other countries just to save some corporate and big individuals. That need to be exposed and bring back all the money.

Mr. Barak Obama, you need to take a brave decision without fear or favour. Can you do that for the sake of America and all American citizen. Then you are going to make history and recreate American dreams. Can you change? I think you will not forgot your famous slogan – “Yes We can”. Don’t succumb the pressure of power lobbies. You and your team need to take tough decision in the interest and future of America. Let us all hope for the best of luck and wishing Barak Obama and his team a great success in his future endeavour.
